Here’s how long it takes for your Wild Render goodies to leave our Georgia studio and arrive at your door.
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Actual transit time depends on carrier volume and your location. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your order goes out.
Since all of our Products are handcrafted, Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from our Georgia studio.
Shipping details & FAQs
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days including:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the product damage
We’ll quickly replace the damaged item or issue a solution that works best for you.
Carrier delays are rare but can happen — especially during peak shipping seasons, weather events, or transit rerouting. While we can’t control carrier timelines, we’re always here to help.
If your package appears stuck or hasn’t updated in several days, reach out to us at support@wildrender.co and we’ll take care of you.
We primarily ship with USPS and UPS, depending on package size and your destination. Rates and estimated delivery windows auto-calculate at checkout, so you’ll always see the best available option.
If you have a specific carrier preference, just leave a note at checkout — we’ll accommodate if possible.
Every item in our shop is made and packaged by hand in small batches. Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days.
During peak seasons — like holidays, limited drops, or restocks — processing may extend slightly as we keep quality consistent. We never rush production, but we always ship as quickly as we can.
